May – November
- Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
- From 6 days before arrival, in case of no-show or late cancellation: 100% of the total price
December – April
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge
- From 14 days before arrival, in case of no-show or late cancellation: 100% of the total price
Excluded dates:
December 23 – January 2 / January 21 – January 23 / January 31 – February 13
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 70%
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 80%
- From 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%
Note:
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Special conditions apply for groups of 10 rooms or more or 15 people.
