- Duty and holiday schedule planning for the entire team in consultation with the Front Office Manager
- active support of our national and international guests
- Making bookings and reservations
- working with our reservation programme Websline and hotel programme Casablanca

Your profile:
- Impeccable German as well as very good written and spoken English (further foreign language skills would be an advantage)
- Experience as a manager in a comparable position
- You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. You also know your way around the Wilder Kaiser and always have leisure tips up your sleeve.
- Professional, friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work independently and carefully, as well as being a team player, reliable, resilient, loyal, flexible and assertive.
- Good computer skills
- Organisational talent as well as service orientation, sense of responsibility and sensitivity in dealing with our guests

Your profile:

- Completed education (apprenticeship or vocational high school)
