How to get to the hotel / Is there a parking space / Where is the parking lot?
The Tirol Lodge is located right next to the valley station of the Hartkaiser cable car in Ellmau. We offer free underground parking for your car right below the lodge.
There are also 5 E-charging stations for electric cars (chargeable).

What is the maximum height of the hotel garage / underground car parking?
The maximum height for using our underground parking is 2.10 meters. If your vehicle is higher, we offer free outdoor parking lots.

What is special about the design of the hotel complex?
As the name suggests, the Tirol Lodge Ellmau was designed as a lodge hotel.
Therefore, our system consists of several buildings and short outdoor paths. With this construction we offer you a feeling of freedom and enough space to feel comfortable.

Is there a price list?
We do not have a price list because our prices vary daily. Our overnight prices therefore fluctuate due to factors such as current occupancy, weekdays and seasons.

Is there an elevator / Is the Tirol Lodge a barrier-free accommodation?
All of the buildings in our hotel complex have lifts, so accessibility is guaranteed for the entire complex.

Do all rooms offer WiFi?
Yes, there is free high-speed WIFI for our guests throughout the hotel.

How is my room equipped?
True to the motto - everything you need, nothing you don't need:
Towels and bed linen, a hair dryer, a safe, a rain shower and a separate toilet as well as a cozy bed. Soap and shampoo / shower gel are of course also available.
Our "goodie" to you to start your day cheerfully - our Nespresso machine with daily capsule refill free of charge.
In winter you might need a little more storage space - if necessary, you can book a ski depot for all your ski clothing directly at the valley station.
We kindly ask for your understanding that items taken from the room will be charged. However, you are welcome to purchase selected items at the reception.

When is check in / check out? What time is it possible to arrive / depart?
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m. (a later check-out is associated with additional costs)

At what times is the reception operating?
Our reception team is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day during season.
These opening times may vary in the off-season.

What needs to be considered for late arrivals?
Please inform us by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival if you should arrive later than 9 p.m.
In this case, we ask you to download our key app JustIn Mobile and to send us your mobile number.
Afterwards we will transmit your digital key.

Is breakfast offered in the hotel?
In the Tirol Lodge we offer several options for starting the day, so you cannot book breakfast in advance - after all, you should have freedom of choice for every single day.
In our "Lieblingsplatzl" there is a small "Kick-Start" breakfast for everyone who needs something small in the morning. Breakfast consists of croissants & organic pastries, butter & jams / Nutella / honey, including a coffee and tea flatrate.

In the "Tirol Bar & Grill" right next door there is a rich breakfast buffet for all brunch lovers with organic pastries, deli & cheese plates, egg dishes, spreads & jams, fruit & juices, dairy products from the region & cereals.
Buffet breakfast at "Tirol Bar & Grill": € 14.80 * // 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (* children up to 5 years free, children 6-12 years € 10.00)
For all those who prefer a breakfast on top of the mountain we offer breakfast with the best view at the "Kaiser Lounge" high up on the Hartkaiser. Simply take the first gondola and head straight into the cozy Kaiser Lounge for an à la carte breakfast to your individual taste.

Are there bathrobes and slippers / slippers in the rooms?
Not in the room, but for only € 6.00 you can borrow a cozy bathrobe directly at the reception. Our stylish #ilovemylodge flip flops are available for € 2.50 to take them with you.

Is there an outdoor pool and is it heated all year round?
Yes, we have a pretty awesome year-round heated outdoor pool. This is located in the middle of our facility, right in front of the "Lieblingsplatzl".
Opening times: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. // FRI + SAT until 10 p.m.

What is the temperature of the outdoor pool?
Our outdoor pool is heated at approx. 28°C in summer and approx. 33°C in winter.

Is there a sauna and where is it located?
Our hotel has a panoramic sauna with a relaxation room. To provide the best view, our sauna is located on the rooftop of our main building.
Opening times: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. // FRI + SAT until 10 p.m.

What is the temperature of the sauna?
Our "Schwitz & Chill" panoramic sauna is operated at approx. 80°C in order to enable regular sauna users as well as "sauna newbies" to enjoy it.

How far is the ski slope or the ski lift from the hotel?
We are an ideal SKI IN - SKI OUT hotel. Our hotel is located directly on the ski slope of the ski resort Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.
The Hartkaiser gondola lift, one of the main ski area lifts, is right outside our doorstep.

Are there extra beds / cots ?
We offer cots for babies and toddlers up to 3 years only. These can be booked for Double Rooms with balcony, Junior Suites and Family Suites for € 15.00 per day.
Children in the parents' bed are not permitted - either a cot for kids up to 3 years or a junior suite or family suite must be booked to ensure appropriate capacity. Our hotel does not provide extra beds for adults or children older than 3 years.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are welcome with us - there is an extra charge of € 15.00 per dog and day, without food.
We would like to point out that dogs must always be kept on a leash and are not allowed in beds or on the sofas.
We also ask you to run your four-legged friend outside the hotel grounds.

Is it possible to buy summer tickets for the cable car right at the hotel?
Yes, in the summer season the Mountain Experience-Card can be bought at the reception for 1-14 days, single rides or other tickets are available at the cable car counters.

Can I buy a ski pass directly at the hotel and is there a ski rental shop?
Yes, ski passes are available directly at the reception - the ski rental from Intersport Winkler is only a 1-minute walk away and is located directly at the valley station of the Hartkaiser cable car.
Attention! A very special bonus applies to all of our guests: -15% ski rental costs at Intersport Winkler.

How or where can I book my ski lessons?
The best thing to do is to contact our ski school partners directly - we recommend two ski schools in Ellmau.

When is the ideal time to go on vacation at the Tirol Lodge?
The Tirol Lodge Ellmau is really always worth a visit. Whether in winter directly on the slopes or in summer directly on all the beautiful hiking trails and bike trails.
